Atlanta, Georgia – BreeAnne Clowdus is a Mom with a mission – to feed children around the world. In the last three months, BreeAnne has provided funds necessary for feeding a lunch to children for a year, in a refugee village in Ghana. Now her goal is to feed them breakfast and dinner.
BreeAnne did this by donating a portion of her t-shirt sales. As the owner of Tiny Revolutionary, BreeAnne designs and manufactures shirts aimed at promoting peace, hope, love and tolerance. But she has taken this a step further by donating $20 from the sale of each “This Shirt Saved a Life” t-shirts to feed children in the Buduburam Refugee Village in Ghana, through the charity Africa Aid.
“Africa Aid is using a combination of health, education & economic stimulus to impact a small community in a big way,” says Clowdus. “What Tiny Revolutionary brings to the table is the ability to produce a branded gift that calls people to action. I’m so proud that we’ve been able to secure an entire year of meals for all the village children. This will be key to their educational advancement. It’s hard to concentrate when you’re hungry and don’t know where your next meal will come from.”
Each high-quality, 100% buttery cotton shirt is printed using non-toxic, eco-friendly inks. Each tee has an interior print explaining the exact allocation of funds and is hand numbered prior to shipping so recipients know exactly where they are in the donation process. All tees are sent in printed cloth feed bags perfect for gifting.
“The response has been amazing,” says Clowdus. “People sometimes buy 5 at a time to give to family members for holidays. Recently, a company chose to purchase 100 shirts for their annual employee picnic. We’ve tapped into the desire of people to connect their gift spending to tangible products that mean something. I like to say that philanthropy is the new materialism. We are evolving as a people and Tiny Revolutionary will be a champion in this process.”
Tees come in all sizes, from baby 6M - 12 (teen) to Women's Sm-Xl and Men's Sm-Xl.
Shirts retail at $38 for children and $42 for adults.
